GERALD MÖLLER
Gerald has over 40 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry and is on the Board of various Life Science companies. He has served as CEO in Boehringer Mannheim and Head of Development and Strategic Marketing Pharmaceuticals in Roche, as well as been an investment advisor at HBM Partners. In addition, he was also a board member with Illumina Inc. until 2015.
LUCA CONDÒ
Luca has several years of experience as a Senior Analyst at EY in Corporate Finance. In 2018, he became M&A Senior Analyst and later Manager at Recordati and Bracco Group, focusing on business development. He has expertise in BioTech, MedTech, Machinery, Retail, and F&B. Luca holds a Master’s in Economics and Business Law from Bocconi University.
RON EPSTEIN
Dr. Robert Epstein is a physician epidemiologist with an interest in accelerating the adoption of true innovations of novel healthcare solutions. He currently serves on the Boards of Directors of Illumina (ILMN), Fate Therapeutics (FATE), and Veracyte (VCYT), and most recently was Chairman of Decipher Biosciences prior to its acquisition in 2021.

Paul has over 30 years of experience in the global life sciences industry, with an executive career focused on Clinical Diagnostics and innovative products to improve patients’ lives. He has held leadership positions within various companies, raising more than $70m in funding and creating global partnerships. Paul’s experience living and working in the USA gives him a novel and unique outlook on the global industry.

Rasche has more than three decades of experience in driving life sciences industry innovation and growth, along with a uniquely broad cultural perspective gained from building and leading businesses based in nine countries across Europe and the Americas.

Diane is Partner of Panakès, one of the major Med Tech venture investors in Europe, and investor and major shareholder of Diadem srl. She brings 20 years of experience in venture investments on a large portfolio of successful companies.
